EHSQ Statement

AEMCO is committed to an incident free work place, every day, everywhere. Our performance depends on our ability to continually improve the quality of the services we provide to our clients, while protecting people and minimizing the impact on the environment.

AEMCO requires an active commitment to EHSQ from all our people and subcontractors/ partners in all work activities, line managers are responsible and accountable for ensuring compliance with all EHSQ policies and procedures and this corporate EHSQ policy. We will always communicate openly on EHSQ issues with our stake holders and share with them our experience and knowledge of successful EHSQ initiatives.

EHSQ Principles

  • Providing every day, everywhere, an environment where all those involved in or affected by our activities are safe, where everyone participates and is empowered to stop the job, if they feel it is un safe.
  • Taking a proactive approach towards our social responsibilities, mitigating out impact on our plant’s environment and responding to climate change.
  • Engaging and collaborating with our client to identify, assess, monitor, manage and prevent forceable health, safety, security, environmental and quality risks in connection with our activities.
  • Using a management system with controlled procedures for our activities, we continually monitor, review, audit for compliances, improve our systems and encourage innovation.
  • Deliver appropriate training to increase awareness and maintain competence.
  • Maintaining effective response capabilities for incident and emergencies.
  • Investigating incidents to identify the root cause, learn and to take appropriate action to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Collaborating closely with employees, contractors, clients, partners and suppliers on environment, health, safety, security, and quality to encourage improvement opportunities and provide efficient solution to the field.
  • Ensuring our client, employees, contractors to comply with applicable international and national laws and regulation in the countries where we operate.
